(HUNTINGTON BEACH,

-
News),
today reported that a press release issued
on April 29, 2011 reporting that a majority
of its shareholders had executed written
consents to removal of the Company's Board
of Directors was inaccurate and was issued
without the consent or approval of the Board
of Directors.
On April 27, 2011, the
Company received a copy of written consents
purportedly signed by holders of a majority
of the issued and outstanding stock of the
Company removing the entire Board and
electing Warren G. Baker and Wim Peters to
the Board. The Company has reviewed the
consents and has determined that the
consents were executed by far less than 50%
of the shareholders of record of the
Company. Accordingly, the shareholders have
not removed the Board or elected new
directors, and the existing Board of six
members remains the Board of Directors of
the Company. The current board of directors
comprises George Angelidis (Director),

) technology. MPR is a non-invasive, proprietary technology platform that objectively analyses patterns of muscle recruitment - the engagement of muscles in order to perform specific body movements. The MPR technology is currently being developed as a clinical assessment tool that the Company believes can assist in the diagnosis and treatment of back and neck pain - one of the most common problems faced by a large portion of the world's population. The Company reported that the study, which was conducted at the
Utah
Spine & Joint
Center
, enrolled 602 subjects, aged 18-62 years old, with approximately equal gender separation and a wide variation in ethnic backgrounds. The primary objective of the study was to identify unique and reliable surface electromyographic (sEMG) measurements of muscle recruitment patterns of the neck and back during the execution of well defined motor tasks (body positions) performed during the
MPR
procedure. “We are very pleased with the preliminary review of the results,” commented Dr. Alan Goldman, Vice President, Medical and Scientific Affairs at iTech Medical. “This was a large study and the MPR System operated flawlessly in the clinical setting. We had a tremendous response to our subject recruiting efforts from individuals in all walks of life and I believe our current database is a good representative sample of the North American working population as well as an industrialized population at large. Our research team along with members of our Medical and Scientific Advisory Board will now conduct a thorough review of the clinical data and announce the results when they become available."
